Beth Erlinger – Office Manager
Beth Erlinger began working as the office manager for Erlinger Construction in 2011. Beth maintains a professional background in Human Resources and management practices and procedures. She works closely with the project managers to ensure that all aspects of the project have the equipment and information they need, from hard hats to blueprints to the right number of employees as well as performing all aspects of day-to-day office operations. Beth strives to implement procedures and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
Shane Hannah – Project Manager
Shane Hannah began working as a project manager/estimator for Erlinger Construction in 2011. He began his career in the construction industry in 2003. Shane graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2009, with a Bachelors Degree in Workforce Education and Human Resources, and he is also a journeyman carpenter. Shane’s responsibilities include job cost analysis, communication with clients, project budgets, scheduling, submittals, quality control and job site safety. Projects included medical rooms and hospital updates, as well as commercial and residential construction. Shane’s top priority is communication and customer satisfaction.
